Well if i’m going to make Korean food. I am for sure going to make TteokbokKi. Once again, I’ll be using Aeriskitchen’s recipe minus all the veggies. I also made a slight mistake and added too much rice cake so it was a little dry. Nonetheless, it was delicious as anticipated!
Remove and add the sauce… what a really pretty red.
Add the rice cakes (below) and sliced fish cake from the broth.
Cook until rice cakes are soft and its finished! Easy right?
