Sorry i’ve been away. I was at home in Calgary for the holidays. It was great! I made this recipe for a few of my friends and I hope you will enjoy it as much as they did!
When I cut into this cupcake, it was fairly moist. The color was amazing! Definitely fitting of the Christmas season (red, green, and white). However, the next day, the bottom of the cupcakes were oily. Just like most recipes, you can cut back on the oil by about 1/2 a cup and add a few more tablespoons of yogurt to compensate.
